Step 1: On-site visit to your short-term rental property (or virtual tour)
Tour the property
Make suggestions to enhance the guest experience
Provide a checklist for supplies/inventory with our most loved products by guests and our team
Step 2: Handle listing your home on Airbnb and VRBO
Create the listing under your account
Write keyword-oriented descriptions and titles
Add photos with captions and optimize the listing so that the platforms will get your property in front of guests quicker and more often(photography coordination included if needed)
Step 3: Set up accounts on Pricelabs and Hospitable
Set up messaging on Hospitable with custom automations
Integrate the lock and record a training overview on using the platform
Customize Pricelabs based on demand, seasonality, and events, and record a video for making adjustments
We’ll link all platforms to make sure they’re working together to help you run your listings and guest experience with less time and stress on your end
Step 4: Provide training and support
Offer pre-recorded videos or schedule a Zoom session (recorded) for listing optimization and insights
Answer questions and provide support for 30 days after the listing is live
