The problem is: self-management can be completely exhausting and overwhelming without the right systems and automations in place (and ultimately leaves guests feeling frustrated too). 

Our self-management set up process looks like this:

Step 1: On-site visit to your short-term rental property (or virtual tour)

  •  Tour the property
  • Make suggestions to enhance the guest experience
  • Provide a checklist for supplies/inventory with our most loved products by guests and our team

Step 2: Handle listing your home on Airbnb and VRBO

  • Create the listing under your account
  •  Write keyword-oriented descriptions and titles
  •  Add photos with captions and optimize the listing so that the platforms will get your property in front of guests quicker and more often(photography coordination included if needed)

Step 3: Set up accounts on Pricelabs and Hospitable

  • Set up messaging on Hospitable with custom automations
  •  Integrate the lock and record a training overview on using the platform
  •  Customize Pricelabs based on demand, seasonality, and events, and record a video for making adjustments
  • We’ll link all platforms to make sure they’re working together to help you run your listings and guest experience with less time and stress on your end

Step 4: Provide training and support

  •  Offer pre-recorded videos or schedule a Zoom session (recorded) for listing optimization and insights
  •   Answer questions and provide support for 30 days after the listing is live
